By joining the Charmed Events Women in Business Marketplace, vendors agree to uphold the standards of quality, professionalism, and integrity associated with The Charmed Events.

1. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Accurate product listings
  • Order fulfilment
  • Customer communication
  • Handling returns and refunds

2. Order Fulfilment

Vendors must:

  • Prepare orders promptly
  • Ensure products are correctly packaged and ready for collection

3. Courier System

The Charmed Events provides an integrated courier system:

  • Couriers will collect orders directly from the vendor’s premises
  • Vendors must ensure orders are ready for dispatch at the scheduled time

4. Customer Interaction

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries
  • Managing complaints
  • Providing after-sales support

5. Conduct

The Charmed Events reserves the right to remove vendors who:

  • Provide poor service
  • Misrepresent products
  • Fail to fulfil orders
