Who can join the Vendor Marketplace?

The platform is open to small businesses that align with the spirit of the Charmed Events community.

Both new businesses and vendors who have previously participated in Charmed Events are welcome to join the marketplace.

How do I join the marketplace?

Joining the Vendor Marketplace is simple.

Businesses can sign up by selecting one of the available subscription plans and completing the registration process. Once registered, you will receive the information needed to set up your vendor profile and showcase your business.

Is there a cost to join?

Yes, access to the Vendor Marketplace is available through a monthly subscription.

This subscription allows vendors to maintain their presence on the platform and helps support the continued growth and promotion of the marketplace.

Can I update my vendor profile?

Yes. Vendors are able to update their profile information, images, and business details to ensure their listing stays current and reflects their brand.

Do I need to have attended Women in Business market before joining?

No. While many of our marketplace vendors have participated in our events, the platform is also open to businesses that are new to The Charmed Events community.

How does the subscription billing work?

Vendor Marketplace subscriptions are billed on the 25th of every month according to the plan selected during sign-up. Should you wish to change the date, please contact us directly.

Your subscription allows your business to remain active and visible on the Charmed Events Vendor Marketplace. As long as the subscription remains active, your vendor profile will continue to be displayed on the platform.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, vendors can cancel their subscription at any time.

If a subscription is cancelled, the vendor listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the vendor profile will be removed from the marketplace.

Vendors are always welcome to rejoin the platform at a later stage if they wish.

What happens if my vendor profile is incomplete or inactive?

To ensure the marketplace remains a helpful and engaging platform for visitors, vendors are encouraged to keep their profiles updated with accurate information and images.

If a profile remains incomplete or inactive for an extended period of time, The Charmed Events may reach out to the vendor to request updates. This helps ensure the marketplace continues to provide a positive experience for both vendors and customers.
