As a curated multi-vendor marketplace, return policies may vary between vendors. Please review individual vendor policies before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact the vendor within 3 days of receiving your order.

1. Vendor Responsibility

All returns, refunds, and product-related queries are the responsibility of the individual vendor.

2. Returns Process

If you wish to return an item, you must:

  • Contact the vendor directly
  • Follow the vendor’s specific return policy

3. The Charmed Events Role

The Charmed Events does not handle returns, refunds, or product disputes. Our role is limited to providing the platform and technical support.

4. Exceptions

We may assist in cases of technical issues related to the platform, but not in product-related disputes.
